WHAT IS ROSE & CROW LLC ?
Rose & Crow is small business that offers trailer bar rentals for your special event! We have restored these old classic trailers into unique bars that will make your event standout. Rose & Crow also offers additional items for your trailer and event.
WHEN ARE TRAILER BARS AVAILABLE FOR RENT?
Rose & Crow trailers are available 7 days a week and holidays. Booking out is always a great idea if you have a date in mind please contact us to check availability.
WHAT DOES THE TRAILER BAR COME WITH?
Each Bar Trailer comes with 2 keg CO2 cooling and pouring system, wine fridge, LED lights around the bar, LED color changing lights under the back bar, basic bar tools, 80 ft green extension cord, power strip, fan to keep your bar staff cool, MERLE comes with an umbrella if you don't have a shady area. Trailers also come with custom wood covers for the hitch, this is a great spot for décor to be displayed. Your choice of an old metal water trough or old wheel barrow for self serve cans or bottles. These are a super cute way to keep your self serve drinks on ice. A welcome mat for in front of the bar as well as some other cute décor options. HOW BIG OF A SPACE DOES ROSE & CROW NEED TO PARK A TRAILER?
Normally 10ft x 15ft is plenty of room to get the trailers in. Merle can be fine tuned into a spot by hand.
WHERE IS ROSE & CROW LOCATED AND HOW FAR DO THEY TRAVEL?
We are based out of Naches, Washington. We have a curtesy travel radius of 20 miles from Naches. We love to travel and are happy to explore the PNW! If your event is outside of 20 miles please contact us for specialty travel pricing.
DOES ROSE & CROW SUPPLY ALCOHOL AND BARTENDING?
Rose & Crow does NOT supply the alcohol for your event. We work with Bar Tab a local Yakima bartending company to help with all of your bartending needs! Bar Tab is licensed and insured in Washington State and offers licensed professional bar staff to ensure your guests are taken care of!
DO I NEED A BAR TENDER WITH THE TRALIER?
NOPE! If you would like to find someone to serve out of the trailer for you that is a perfectly good option. Please check if your venue requires a licensed or insured bar tender for your event. If they do not then you can have anyone serve your alcohol. We do recommend hiring a professional company with trained staff to service your event like Bar Tab. This helps ensure your event is handled professionally. Bar Tab also offers help with menu planning, shopping lists, and alcohol pick up. Less stress during an event is always a great idea! If you are serving non-alcoholic options from the trailer and would like a bar attendant to accompany the trailer Rose & Crow can help!
